Converts previous prohibitions on student civic engagement activities into permitted options, allowing schools to award grades or credit for student lobbying, political advocacy, and internships involving social or public policy advocacy

Removes teachers' protection from disciplinary proceedings related to alleged violations of Section 28.0022, while maintaining protection for Establishment Clause violations when using approved instructional materials

Repeals multiple subsections of Section 28.0022 (subsections b through g) and applies changes beginning with the 2025-2026 school year
