Requires commissioners courts in counties with a population of 3.3 million or more to provide metal detection devices to each justice court in the county

Mandates that a constable, deputy constable, or deputy sheriff be stationed at each public entrance door of justice courts in these counties

Funding for these security requirements must come from the county's general revenue fund

Effective date is September 1, 2025
