Requires courts to exclude from protective orders, upon request, the address, county of residence, and telephone number of protected persons, as well as workplace and child-care/school location information

Mandates that courts inform persons present at protective order hearings of their right to have personal information excluded and specifically ask if they wish to exercise this right

Allows persons protected by an order to request confidentiality of changed address or telephone number when notifying the court of updates, with the clerk maintaining a confidential record
