Amends Section 551.127(c) of the Government Code to add county boards of park commissioners to the list of governmental bodies authorized to hold meetings by videoconference call

Requires the presiding member of the governmental body to be physically present at a meeting location open to the public during open portions of videoconference meetings

Applies only to meetings held on or after the effective date of the Act

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
