Prohibits products sold in Texas from being labeled, advertised, or sold as "zero emissions" if the product produces greenhouse gas emissions during use

Extends the prohibition to products whose manufacturing process produced greenhouse gas emissions

Bans "zero emissions" labeling for products with rechargeable batteries if greenhouse gas emissions are produced to generate the electricity used to charge them

Classifies violations of these labeling standards as deceptive trade practices under the Texas Business & Commerce Code, making them legally actionable

Takes effect September 1, 2025
