Amends Section 54.003 of the Health and Safety Code to add requirements for educational and informational materials provided through the Thriving Texas Families Program

Requires all program materials, including lesson curricula and promotional items, to contain only medically accurate and scientifically supported information

Mandates that materials be provided in a non-coercive, factual manner

Prohibits materials from explicitly endorsing any religious ideology, teaching, or practice

Takes effect September 1, 2025
