Mandates election worker training include information about transgender voters and their historical disenfranchisement

Establishes that a gender indication on voter identification that does not match the voter's gender expression or identity does not invalidate the ID for voting purposes

Amends the Texas Election Code by adding Section 32.116 (training requirements) and Subsection 63.0101(e) (ID acceptance rules)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
