Allows felony election offenses to be prosecuted in any judicial district adjoining the district where the offense occurred, and misdemeanor election offenses to be prosecuted in any adjoining county

Grants the county where an election offense occurred exclusive jurisdiction for 90 days after the Governor's certification of the election results

For election-related offenses not occurring during an election, the county where the offense took place retains exclusive jurisdiction for 90 days after the offense is discovered

Permits earlier prosecution in an adjoining jurisdiction if waiting for the 90-day exclusive period would cause the case to be barred by the statute of limitations

Applies only to violations occurring on or after September 1, 2025
