Makes certain personal information about educators held by the Texas Education Agency confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements

Protected information includes home address, home telephone number, personal cell phone number, personal email address, driver's license number, emergency contact information, date of birth, and social security number

Also protects information that reveals whether an educator has family members

Adds new Section 552.1178 to the Government Code's public information confidentiality provisions

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
