Recognizes Pearsall's long history as home to numerous power line construction companies and employees, with many residents working as linemen across multiple generations

Acknowledges linemen's essential role in building, repairing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure, including traveling nationally and internationally to restore power after natural disasters

Designation remains in effect for 10 years from the date of passage, per Section 391.003(e) of the Government Code
