Adds the United States Space Force to the list of military branches in Article XVI, Section 40(a) of the Texas Constitution, which governs exceptions to the prohibition on holding multiple civil offices simultaneously

Allows retired officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel of the Space Force to hold state civil offices alongside their military status, consistent with existing allowances for other branches

Updates the constitutional definition of "armed forces of the United States" in Article XVI, Section 72(h) to explicitly include the United States Space Force

Requires voter approval at an election to be held on November 4, 2025

Updates the Texas Constitution to reflect the establishment of the Space Force as an independent military branch (created in 2019 as the sixth branch of the U.S. Armed Forces)
