Proposes an amendment to Article VII of the Texas Constitution by adding Section 3-c to authorize recall elections for independent school district board of trustees members

Allows the legislature to enact general, local, or special laws enabling the removal of school board trustees through recall elections

Requires a majority vote of qualified voters in the district participating in the recall election to remove a board member

Submits the proposed constitutional amendment to voters at an election to be held on November 4, 2025
