Amends Section 2, Article VI of the Texas Constitution by adding a new Subsection (d) establishing voter registration requirements

Requires any person wishing to register to vote to submit both an application and proof of citizenship to the county registrar where they reside

Places the proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot for the November 4, 2025 election

Ballot language will read: "The constitutional amendment to require a person to submit proof of citizenship to register to vote"
