Proposes adding Section 37 to Article I of the Texas Constitution to establish parental rights regarding education

Grants parents the constitutional right to direct their child's education "in any manner the parent chooses" using money available to them

Establishes a legal presumption that parents act in the best interest of their child

Requires the proposed constitutional amendment to be submitted to Texas voters at an election on November 4, 2025

Ballot language would allow voters to approve or reject "establishing a parent's right to direct the education of the parent's child"
