Amends Section 36(a), Article I of the Texas Constitution to explicitly include the right to produce meat and meat food products naturally derived from livestock as part of the existing right to engage in ranching practices

Expands upon the current constitutional provision that protects the right of property owners to engage in farm, ranch, timber production, horticulture, and wildlife management practices on property they own or lease

Requires the proposed constitutional amendment to be submitted to Texas voters at an election on November 4, 2025

Ballot language will allow voters to vote for or against "The constitutional amendment protecting the right to produce meat and meat food products naturally derived from livestock"
