Recognizes the Garcia family business, which expanded to include sister Julie and parents Marco and Julieta, and currently operates two locations on Oltorf Street and in Hyde Park

Acknowledges the restaurant's community contributions including sustainability efforts, supporting local initiatives, and providing meals during weather shutdowns and the COVID-19 pandemic
