Honors his 37-year career in electric and traffic engineering, including work as a journeyman electrician with IBEW Local Union 716, field technician for the Texas Highway Department, positions with City of Houston Public Works, and retirement as division manager at Houston TranStar in 2024

Recognizes his faith-based service as a longtime member of Faith Assembly of God in Pasadena, chaplain with the Pasadena Police Department, and licensed minister with Christian Global Outreach Ministries

Extends condolences to his wife Stephanie, son Tyler and wife Adriana, brothers James, Freddy, and Chris, and other family members

Directs the Texas House of Representatives to adjourn in his memory and provide an official copy of the resolution to his family
