Texas House of Representatives commends Ariana Rodriguez for her service as legislative aide and policy analyst in State Representative Gene Wu's office during the 89th Legislative Session

Rodriguez joined the staff as a fellow through the Moreno/Rangel Legislative Leadership Program, performing legislative research, constituent communication, policy briefs, and monitoring committee hearings

Her policy work focused on immigration issues and health and human services policy

Rodriguez is a first-generation scholar and recent graduate of St. Edward's University with a bachelor's degree in international affairs; previously worked as a Texas Senate messenger and interned with the World Affairs Council of Austin
