Texas House Resolution congratulates Brian Correa of San Antonio for his success as an entrepreneur and extends best wishes for his future

Correa is a U.S. Army veteran who took over operations of Bar America in 2014, a Southtown bar established by his great-grandfather Joe Ramirez in 1942

Correa opened Don Martin's Coffee Co. in 2018 (named after his grandfather), and currently owns Texas Dog Co. and Beer Garden and co-owns Amor Eterno craft cocktail bar

The Ramirez and Correa families have operated businesses in San Antonio for four generations, including Cinderella Bakery in Greater Gardendale for 65 years

Resolution adopted by the Texas House on May 23, 2025, by non-record vote, with an official copy to be prepared for Mr. Correa
