Officer Lively was born November 23, 1999, in Dallas, graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler, and joined the Tyler Police Department on September 5, 2023

Extends official condolences to his parents Steve and Bonnie Lively, brothers Phillip and Benjamin, and other family members

Directs that an official copy of the resolution be prepared for his family and that the Texas House adjourn in his memory

Resolution was unanimously adopted by a rising vote of the House on May 23, 2025
