Honors his 35-year career with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, where he served as a game warden and retired as sergeant in 2002, followed by service as Kendall County Precinct 2 constable from 2002 to 2015

Recognizes his military service as a staff sergeant in the Ready Army Reserve at Fort Polk with Company B, 871 Construction Engineers

Acknowledges his community service as a volunteer EMT instructor and examiner with Kendall County EMS, named 1990 EMT of the Year by the Boerne Kiwanis Club

Directs that an official copy of the resolution be prepared for his family and that the House adjourn in his memory
