Frausto holds a bachelor's degree in political science magna cum laude from St. Mary's University and is pursuing a master's degree in public affairs at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT Austin

Prior experience includes serving as court clerk for Bexar County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 and interning in U.S. Representative Joaquin Castro's district office

Resolution directs that an official copy be prepared for Frausto as an expression of high regard from the Texas House
