Recognizes his 25 years of service working for the State of Texas and his contributions to local businesses and organizations such as Arte Texas and Don Dario's Mexican restaurant

Extends official condolences to his surviving family, including his wife Rachel of nearly 50 years, daughters Lori and Julie, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren

Directs that the Texas House of Representatives adjourn in his memory and provide an official copy of the resolution to his family
