Acknowledges the library's role as statutory custodian of legislative records, maintaining the most comprehensive repository of Texas Legislature information including original bill files, committee publications, journals, and gubernatorial executive orders dating back to 1846

Commends the ongoing digitization project to preserve historical legislative records, including House and Senate journals, for public and scholarly access
