Recognizes April 14, 2025, as San Antonio Mission Indian Descendants Day at the Texas State Capitol and welcomes the visiting delegation

Acknowledges San Antonio Mission Indian Descendants, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that connects people whose ancestors lived on mission lands before, during, and after the 1700s mission period

Honors the history of hundreds of Indigenous bands (collectively called Coahuiltecans by Spanish colonizers) who inhabited South Texas for thousands of years and built the San Antonio River mission communities in the early 18th century

Recognizes the cultural fusion of Native and Spanish traditions that created a distinctive South Texas heritage that continues to influence the community today
