Congratulates Chief Petty Officer Eric B. Uhr on his retirement from the U.S. Coast Guard on August 31, 2025, after more than 20 years of service

Uhr, a native of Seguin, Texas, enlisted in June 2005 and served in multiple roles including officer in charge at Aids to Navigation Team South Padre Island, first lieutenant at Station Port Aransas, and training team chief in Alaska

Recognizes his achievements including graduation from the Chief Petty Officers Academy and receipt of the Coast Guard Commendation Medal with gold star, Coast Guard Achievement Medal with two gold stars, and permanent Officer in Charge Ashore, Advanced Boat Forces, and Coxswain Insignias

Directs that an official copy of the resolution be prepared for Officer Uhr as an expression of high regard from the Texas House of Representatives
