Designates May 2, 2025, as Urban League Advocates Day at the Texas State Capitol to honor representatives visiting from the Houston Area Urban League and Austin Area Urban League

Recognizes the National Urban League as the country's oldest and largest community-based movement dedicated to empowering African Americans, founded in 1910 with 92 local affiliates nationwide

Acknowledges the Houston Area Urban League, established in 1968, for providing programs in education, youth development, workforce training, housing, social justice, and health services to economically disadvantaged metropolitan Houston residents

Acknowledges the Austin Area Urban League, founded in 1977, for serving underserved Central Texas residents through programming focused on health, housing, justice and advocacy, education, and workforce readiness

Directs that official copies of the resolution be prepared for both Urban League affiliates as an expression of high regard from the Texas House of Representatives
