Phillips set a record with a 1,130-pound total, lifting 450 pounds in squat, 280 pounds in bench press, and 400 pounds in deadlift

She earned three consecutive state meet appearances, winning bronze in 2023, silver in 2024, and gold in 2025, along with three regional championships

Phillips was named to the THSWPA All-Academic Elite Team and swept Best Squat, Best Bench, and Best Deadlift awards at regionals

The Texas House of Representatives adopted this congratulatory resolution on May 23, 2025, by non-record vote
