Recognizes his successful career in computer programming and his pursuit of the American dream after immigrating

Extends sympathy to his surviving family, including three daughters (Anh-Thao, Anh-Hue, and Anh-Tam) and two grandchildren (Anh-Alisse and Trey Selissen)

Directs the Texas House of Representatives to adjourn in his memory and provide an official copy of the resolution to his family; unanimously adopted by rising vote on May 23, 2025
