Honors his law enforcement career spanning nearly 30 years, including service as a correctional officer at Texas State Penitentiary, work with the Lewisville Police Department (1995-2016) in patrol, motorcycle, and investigative units, and his role as San Saba Police Chief beginning in 2024

Extends official condolences to his wife Kristy, five children, five grandsons, parents, sister, and fellow law enforcement officers

Directs that an official copy of the resolution be prepared for his family and that the Texas House adjourn in his memory
