Recognizes students from Texas A&M University System institutions serving as policy interns during the 89th Texas Legislature

Honors participants from five internship programs: Agricultural and Natural Resources Policy Internship Program (over 30 years, 1,200+ alumni), Public Policy Internship Program (established 1999, 1,300+ alumni), Bush School Capstone Scholars Program (since 82nd Session), School of Law Residency Externship Program (since 2016), and Tarleton State University internship program (since 2010)

Names approximately 50 current interns across all programs who are gaining public service experience in Austin, Washington D.C., and abroad

Commends the interns for their diligence, commitment to excellence, and contributions to the legislative process

Directs that official copies of the resolution be prepared for the students as an expression of high regard from the Texas House of Representatives
