Recognizes her over 70 years of membership at First Baptist Church of Palacios, including more than 40 years teaching Sunday school for toddlers

Acknowledges her community service as an election official for Jackson and Matagorda Counties, a 4-H leader, and member of the Matagorda County Aggie Moms' Club

Extends official sympathy to her surviving family, including sons Steve and Rodney Cooper, five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren

Directs the Texas House of Representatives to adjourn on May 23, 2025, in her memory and provide an official copy of the resolution to her family
