Recognizes his career as founder of Hardcastle Ag Air, Inc., an aerial spraying business with locations in Texas and Oklahoma, which he sold in 1997, and later co-owner of Rolling H Cattle Company

Notes his leadership roles including president of both the National and Texas Agricultural Aviation Associations, president of the Rotary Club of Vernon, and member of the Vernon Independent School District Board of Trustees

Directs the Texas House of Representatives to adjourn in his memory and provide an official copy of the resolution to his family
