Requires ballot propositions seeking voter approval for tax impositions or increases to include the statement "THIS IS A TAX INCREASE" at the top in capital letters of the same font size as the rest of the proposition

Mandates that tax-related propositions be printed in mixed-case typewritten letters, except for the required "THIS IS A TAX INCREASE" statement

Propositions must continue to state the amount or maximum tax rate of the proposed tax or tax increase

Applies only to elections ordered on or after the effective date of the Act

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
