Creates a new $100 annual allotment for each student in average daily attendance at schools where uniforms are required

Restricts the use of allotment funds exclusively to providing uniforms to students required to wear them

If appropriated funds are insufficient, the commissioner may only provide allotments to districts that can receive their full entitled amount

Prioritizes Title I school districts (those receiving federal funding for schools with high percentages of low-income students) when funding is limited

Takes effect September 1, 2025
