Reduces the waiting period for voter registration to become effective from 30 days to 15 days after an approved application is submitted to the registrar

Shortens the deadline for expedited delivery of registration applications submitted close to an election from the 34th day to the 19th day before an election

Requires county registrars to deliver voter registration certificates within 15 days of receiving an application, reduced from the current 30-day requirement

Changes in registration information (such as address changes) will also become effective after 15 days instead of 30 days

Applies only to voter registration applications submitted on or after September 1, 2025
