Expands mail-in voting eligibility to include pregnant individuals who will be in their second or third trimester on election day

Extends the existing childbirth-related mail voting window from three weeks to four weeks before or after election day for those expecting to give birth

Amends Section 82.002 of the Texas Election Code, changing the section heading from "Disability or Confinement for Childbirth" to "Disability or Other Physical Condition"

Takes effect September 1, 2025
