Requires FDA-certified mammography facilities to comply with all applicable federal and state "dense breast" reporting requirements

Mandates facilities provide patients with specific breast density information based on their mammogram results, using one of two standardized notices

For patients with non-dense breast tissue ("almost entirely fatty" or "scattered areas of fibroglandular density"), facilities must provide notice explaining that dense tissue raises cancer risk but their tissue is not dense

For patients with dense breast tissue ("heterogeneously dense" or "extremely dense"), facilities must provide notice stating their tissue is dense, additional imaging tests may help find cancers, and they should discuss options with their healthcare provider

Replaces previous less specific notification language with standardized statements aligned with federal requirements; takes effect September 1, 2025
