Amends Section 64.009 of the Texas Election Code regarding curbside voting procedures for voters unable to enter a polling place

Requires two election officers to provide ballot marking assistance to voters who request help, following procedures outlined in Section 64.032, replacing the previous allowance for an accompanying person to select and deposit the ballot

Mandates that any person accompanying a curbside voter must exit the vehicle and remain outside unless specifically selected by the voter to provide assistance under Section 64.032(c)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
