Creates a new criminal offense for delegates or alternate delegates to a federal Article V constitutional convention who knowingly cast an unauthorized vote

Classifies the offense as a state jail felony

Requires judges granting community supervision to impose a mandatory minimum of 10 days confinement in county jail as a condition of probation

Specifies that jail time served as a condition of community supervision cannot be credited toward any sentence imposed if probation is later revoked

Takes effect September 1, 2025
