Prohibits the sale of food injected with mRNA vaccines or containing ingredients derived from mRNA-vaccinated food unless the label includes a clear and conspicuous notice stating it contains mRNA vaccine material

Requires labeling of meat food products derived from livestock injected with mRNA vaccines to disclose the presence of mRNA vaccine material

Defines "mRNA vaccine material" as a substance in a vaccine that introduces messenger ribonucleic acid corresponding to a viral protein to stimulate antibody production and provide disease immunity

Directs the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission to adopt rules necessary to implement the labeling requirements as soon as practicable

Takes effect January 1, 2026
