Extends the expiration date of the Task Force on Consolidation of Workforce and Social Services from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2027

Changes the task force's legislative reporting requirement from a one-time report due December 31, 2024 to recurring reports due December 31 of each even-numbered year

Task force reports must include a description of activities, the consolidation plan developed, and findings and recommendations

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both chambers; otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
