Designates a portion of U.S. Highway 69 in Smith County as the "Veterans Memorial Highway," spanning from South State Loop 323 to the northern municipal limits of Bullard

Requires the Texas Department of Transportation to design, construct, and erect markers indicating the highway designation at each end and at appropriate intermediate locations

Designation is in addition to any other existing designations for the highway

Passed the Senate 30-0 on April 10, 2025, and the House 146-0 on May 8, 2025

Takes effect September 1, 2025
