Permits brewpub license holders operating multiple brewpubs to transfer malt beverages brewed under their license between their own brewpub locations

Requires license holders transporting malt beverages to register vehicle descriptions with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and plainly mark vehicles to indicate they are being used to transport malt beverages

Transported malt beverages are legally considered to be brewed at the destination premises for purposes of on-site sales and distribution rules

Expands existing exceptions to the general prohibition on exchanging or transporting malt beverages between commonly-owned retail premises to include transfers between brewpubs under the same ownership or management
