Consolidates nonresident hunting license categories by eliminating the "nonresident special hunting license" and "nonresident spring turkey hunting license," replacing them with a single "nonresident general hunting license"

Requires nonresidents to obtain a nonresident general hunting license to hunt mule deer, white-tailed deer, turkey, pronghorn antelope, desert bighorn sheep, or alligator in Texas

Creates a "nonresident five-day hunting license" valid for five consecutive days that cannot be used for deer, turkey, antelope, bighorn sheep, or alligator, with nonresidents permitted to acquire multiple five-day licenses per year

Sets the nonresident general hunting license fee at $100.75 or an amount set by the commission (whichever is more), with the five-day license capped at 50% of the general license fee

Takes effect September 1, 2025; passed the Senate 31-0 on April 16, 2025 and the House 145-0 on May 20, 2025
