Requires blood banks to comply with physician orders prescribing autologous blood donations (patient's own blood stored for later use) or direct blood donations (blood donated by a specific person for a specific patient)

Permits blood banks to charge reasonable fees to cover administrative costs of facilitating physician-ordered autologous or direct blood donations

Mandates that licensed hospitals facilitating blood donations must allow patients undergoing medical procedures to provide autologous or direct blood donations when ordered by a physician

Takes effect September 1, 2025
