Removes "mycotoxins" from the statutory definition of "mold," narrowing it to include only living or dead fungi, spores, and hyphae

Adds a new exemption from mold assessor and remediator licensing requirements for demolition of structures after a fire or other disaster

Clarifies that the advisory board advises on standards "of" performance rather than standards "or" performance for mold assessment and remediation work practices

Repeals Section 1958.102(b) of the Occupations Code

Takes effect September 1, 2025, applying only to conduct occurring on or after that date
