Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to provide a support team for the Medicaid provider Internet portal to assist current and prospective providers with enrollment and credentialing processes and reduce administrative burdens

Mandates annual evaluation of the support team's performance, including timeliness of assistance, with results posted on the commission's website by September 1 each year (initial report due September 1, 2026)

Establishes an electronic complaint and feedback procedure for providers to report issues with enrollment/credentialing processes, with information prominently posted alongside portal instructions

Requires 30-day advance written notice (both electronic and mail) before disenrolling a Medicaid provider for failing to complete enrollment revalidation, and must allow providers to address application deficiencies before disenrollment

Takes effect September 1, 2025; passed Senate 31-0 on May 5, 2025 and House 128-0 on May 28, 2025
