Expands delivery options for itemized health care bills to include electronic delivery (such as patient portals), hard copy by mail or common carrier, and hard copy pickup at the provider's location

Grants patients the right to request an itemized bill at any time after it is initially issued

Allows patients to choose their preferred method of receiving the itemized bill from among the available delivery options

Amends Sections 185.002(c) and (d) of the Health and Safety Code

Takes effect September 1, 2025
