Prohibits entombing or hunting live bats, adding "entomb" as a newly prohibited action alongside existing hunting restrictions

Maintains existing prohibition on selling, purchasing, or possessing bats or bat parts, whether dead or alive

Adds licensed pest control professionals to the list of exempted individuals who may capture bats they consider injured or diseased, alongside animal control officers, peace officers, and health officials

Removes the blanket exemption for licensed pest control service providers, limiting their authority to only capturing injured or diseased bats

Allows transportation of bats with no known prior human exposure to permitted rehabilitation facilities, expanding previous exemptions that only covered rabies testing transport
